Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), any new installation or major alteration to existing bleachers must include accessible seating. This isn't just a suggestion; it's federal law.

You need to have a certain number of wheelchair spaces (based on total seating capacity) located so they have sightlines comparable to other spectators. They also need to be on an accessible route.
